While we have experience working with companies from early stage through significant revenue growth, we focus on the lower middle market, in which our clients have revenue generally from $5 million to $150 million and EBITDA from $2 million to $20 million. We serve US companies nationwide with an emphasis on the Midwest. We are industry generalists, having worked with companies in numerous industries.

We begin by engaging with our clients to obtain a thorough understanding of their industry, objectives and strategic positioning. Next, we determine a strategy to maximize value to the client and manage a process of engagement and negotiation with targeted financial and strategic investors. Finally, SPCP matches companies and transactions with suitable potential capital sources and works with our clients toward closing optimal transactions.

We only engage a select number of Investment Banking clients, such that we can devote substantial attention to our clients. This allows us to better understand them, and their business.
